Storage of user data, personally identifiable information

You usually do not need to name personal details in order to use our website. Your name, address or e-mail address are collected under the sole condition of your consent, via contact form while requiring your explicit approval. No such data will be provided to any third party without your explicit consent.

The following data will be stored in a protocol file at each access to our web- resp. application server:

  • IP-address of the computer, by which the request was sent, see also the paragraph further down regarding the IP-addresses,

  • data regard the web application that was used,
  • protocol version,
  • name of the data file resp. web address (URL) that was recalled,
  • date and time of hit,
  • transferred date amount,
  • status details (e.g. error messages)

These data are stored for statistical purposes.

We are not able to allocate IP-addresses by ourselves or through contractual assignment of third parties. That would only be possible via court order, e.g. by court decision ruling disclosure in a case of a criminal act by the owner of said IP-address against us. Nevertheless ID-addresses have recently been classified as personally identifiable information.

Cookies

At your first visit at www.niedax.de we notify you that we use cookies. These are text files that are stored on your computer. Which one is explained as follows:

We have concluded an order processing agreement with Google. The Google Tag Manager is an auxiliary service and processes personal data itself only for technically necessary purposes. The Google Tag Manager takes care of loading other components, which in turn may collect data. The Google Tag Manager does not access this data.

Please note that American authorities, such as intelligence agencies, could potentially gain access to personal data that is inevitably exchanged with Google due to the Internet Protocol (TCP) when this service is integrated, due to American laws such as the Cloud Act.

Facebook Pixel, Facebook Custom Audiences and Facebook Conversion

Within our online offer, the so-called "Facebook Pixel" of the social network Facebook, which is operated by Facebook Inc, 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA, or if you are a resident of the EU, Facebook Ireland Ltd, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Facebook"), is used.

LinkedIn Insight Tag

Our website uses the conversion tool "LinkedIn Insight Tag" from LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company. This tool creates a cookie in your web browser, which enables the collection of, among other things, the following data: IP address, device and browser properties, and page events (e.g. page views). This data is encrypted, anonymized within seven days, and the anonymized data is deleted within 90 days. LinkedIn does not share any personal data with us, but provides anonymized reports on website audience and ad performance. Use of videos (e.g. YouTube, Vimeo)

Privacy policy due to the use of a YouTube plugin

This website contains at least one plugin from YouTube, belonging to Google Inc, based in San Bruno/California, USA.

We use the YouTube function No-Cookies, i.e. we have activated Enhanced Privacy, videos are not accessed via youtube.com, but via youtube-nocookie.com.

YouTube itself provides this and thus ensures that YouTube does not initially store any cookies on your device. However, when the relevant pages are called up, the IP address and the other data mentioned in section 4 are transmitted and thus, in particular, information is provided as to which of our Internet pages you have visited.
